 FAQ for Non-PVA Service

1. Q: Are the accounts created by any proxies?

  1. A: Yes, all the accounts are created by different US private proxies.

2. Q: How long do the accounts created in your stock?

  1. A: All the accounts are at the age of 7 days at least, but if you want to buy aged accounts, please contact our sales support team to check for you.

3. Q: How old are the accounts in your stock?

  1. A: The birth year of all the accounts in our stock is from 1980 to 1990, we will send out accounts randomly without any requirement.

4. Q: What is a .facebook file?

  1. A: It is a file which created by the software automatically and includes all the information of the account(s)’, for example: Email, password, and the creation cookies which will protect the account(s)’ security and only can be used in.

5. Q: Is there any problem when I login the accounts with my IP or proxies which are different
         with the created proxies?

  1. A: We can bypass all the kinds of roadblock for our accounts at present. If they are simple roadblock, FFA/FFAP can bypass the login problems for you. While if they are phone verification or friend's phone verification, please contact our sales support team to help you.

6. Q: Do I need to use proxy for the Non PVA I bought?

  1. A: If you manage more than 10 accounts then yes, proxy is recommended. We recommended customers assign one proxy for 1-5 accounts.

7. Q: Why the account creation cookies are important?

  1. A: Browser cookie is an important factor for Facebook checking accounts status. If you login an account with new cookies under different IP or proxy, the accounts may get login problem. But it will be safe for you to change IP or proxy with same cookies.

8. Q: If my Non-PVAs get roadblock when they are adding friends, can you bypass for me?

  1. A: We can bypass all the kinds of roadblock for our accounts at present. If they are simple roadblock, FFA/FFAP can bypass the login problems for you. While if they are phone verification or friend’s phone verification, please contact our support team to help you.

9. Q: Can you help me create some custom Non-PVAs?

  1. A: Yes, please contact our sales support team with your detail information of your requirement.

10. Q: My accounts get roadblock before I try to login them at the first time. Why?

  1. A: You should login the accounts at once after received them from us, and also login them frequently to keep the accounts active. If you didn’t login the accounts for a long time, Facebook may think this is abnormal, your accounts may get some checkpoint automatically by Facebook.

11. Q: Is there any replacement if the accounts get roadblock when I login them to check at the
          first time?

  1. A: If you meet the following requirement, We will unlock the accounts for you freely, if we also can’t unlock the roadblock, we will do a replacement for you.

    Login the accounts with FFA/FFAP at once after received them from us. Send the accounts to us within 24 hours. But we are not responsible if the accounts are operated manually or by other tools.

12. Q: What are the differences between PVAs and Non-PVAs?

  1. A: PVAs are verified by phone numbers while Non-PVAs are without phone numbers. There are some more functions available in PVAs than in Non-PVAs. PVAs may send more friends requests without captchas than Non-PVAs to some degree.

13. Q: How do I check the accounts when I get them as ".facebook" file format?

  1. A: For the sake of accounts' safety, we send the accounts as ".facebook" file format. We strongly recommend you use Facebook FriendAdder(FFA)/Facebook FriendAdder Pro(FFAP) to check them before you log in them manually with your proxies when you receive the accounts. Otherwise they would probably get roadblocks because of changing proxies or (IP).

    If you don't have FFA or FFAP yet, please download FFA or FFAP to check the accounts.

    Start FFA or FFAP; Click "Facebook -> Manage Accounts" in the program main menu, and then click "Import" button to import the .facebook file into the program; (Optional) Click "Facebook -> Manage Proxies" in the program main menu, then click "Import" button to import your private proxies, and then click "Assigning Proxies for Accounts" link to assign your private proxies for your accounts. Please notice that you can skip this step if you don't want to use private proxies(We recommend you use proxies if you have many accounts); Turn back to feature "Facebook -> Manage Accounts", then click "Select All"-->"Start To"-->"Bypass Login Problem"-->"OK" to bind the accounts with your private proxies (or new IP); Click "Export" button to export your accounts as file format: "Email:Password:Proxyhost:ProxyPort(*.txt)"; OK. Now you can login your accounts with proxies (or new IP) by your browsers manually.
    Notice: We won't take responsibility for being blocked or banned if you don't follow the steps above to check the accounts.
